How can I pay for the products?


Payments are processed through Payhip. Payhip currently support PayPal and Stripe. Stripe accept the following payment methods:

What is Payhip?


Payhip is an e-commerce platform that enables us to sell digital products to you in secure platform. They host the files, process the payments, and deliver your purchase to you.

Is Payhip safe?


Yes, Payhip is secure. They don't store card details - all payments are handled by PayPal and Stripe.

How do I receive my digital purchase?


Upon completing your purchase, you will be immediately provided a download link to your product. You will also be emailed a link to your download. If you don't receive your download, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us.

Do my download links expire/have a download limit?


The download links expire after one use, and require verification before another download happens.

Can I download my purchases on mobile?


While you may browse and purchase from your phone, please be aware that the majority of our products are delivered as compressed ZIP files. That means you will need to unzip them to get to your actual files. While this is easy on a desktop/laptop, it can be tricky on mobile, and may require an app to work. So yes, you can download your purchases on a mobile device, but we would not recommend it.

I need a new download link because I lost my link


If you lose your link and need a new one within 30 days of your purchase, just contact us. After that point, it is our policy not to provide new download links. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.

Do you accept returns/issue refunds?


Due to the digital nature of our products, FPL Video Templates is not able to accept returns.
